Welcome to Flujo Conducido. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Flujo Conducido is a digital personal development platform that provides self-awareness tools based on the I.V.A. method (Intention-Validation-Adjustment) and E.R.C. analysis (Stimulus-Reaction-Consequence). It includes emotional state tests, a registration journal, progress tracking, and a gamification system.

1.1 What we are NOT

• We are not a psychological or psychiatric therapy service
• We are not an emergency or emotional crisis service
• We do not perform clinical diagnoses or treat mental health disorders
• We do not replace professional diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment
• We do not guarantee specific wellbeing or mental health results
• We are not psychologists, psychiatrists, or healthcare professionals

1.2 Nature of the service

Flujo Conducido is based on principles of metacognition, emotional self-regulation and awareness of mental states — fields studied in cognitive psychology and neuroscience. However, as a proprietary system, it is in the practical application phase and does not have published clinical studies. Results depend entirely on individual use and user consistency.

1.3 Important recommendations

If you experience emotional crisis, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or any mental health condition requiring immediate attention, contact local emergency services (112), the Esperanza Helpline (717 003 717), or qualified mental health professionals. Flujo Conducido complements but never replaces professional care.

2. Registration and User Account

• You must be over 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• One account per person — shared accounts are not allowed
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Plans and Payments

3.1 Subscription types

• Free (€0): Daily basic test, limited journal, basic I.V.A.
• Starter (€9.99/month): Unlimited tools
• Premium (€29/month): Everything from Starter + Deep Test, AI analysis, reports, 10% off sessions
• Pro (€99/month): Everything unlimited + priority support, 30% off sessions, discounted talks

Prices include VAT when applicable. Annual payment available with 20% discount.

3.2 Billing and payment processors

Plans are billed automatically. We process payments through Stripe, PayPal and LemonSqueezy, all with PCI-DSS certification. We never store card data on our servers. LemonSqueezy acts as Merchant of Record for VAT and tax management when applicable.

3.3 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You can request a full refund within the first 14 days from your first payment through the ticket system.

4. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to:

• Share your account with other people
• Copy, redistribute, or resell platform content
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the system
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Upload illegal or offensive content
• Reverse engineer the code or system

5. Intellectual Property

All content of Flujo Conducido (I.V.A. methodology, E.R.C. analysis, the 6 states and 16 sub-states, texts, design, code, brand) is the property of Felipe Libreros and is protected by intellectual property laws. You have a limited and non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription.

6. Your Data

Your personal data and emotional records are yours. We treat them according to our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time. We do not sell or share them with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flujo Conducido is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Decisions you make based on using the platform
• Any consequence derived from interpreting results as clinical diagnosis
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to causes beyond our control
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance

8. Support

Support is managed exclusively through the ticket system integrated in the platform ("Help and support" section in your profile). We do not offer phone or direct email support. Response times: Starter (72h), Premium (48h), Pro (24h).

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or the service. We will notify you of important changes with at least 30 days advance notice by email.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms, your behavior is harmful to other users, or you engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the city where the data controller is domiciled in Spain, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 and Spanish consumer legislation.
